Can I get more information? How far in advance should reservations be made?
Let us first suggest that reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. All through out the year and especially during the summer Candy Hill Campground can be very busy. As soon as you are able to commit to your plans it is recommended that you call us and make reservations. This is important because many weekends there is a 2 or three night minimum if you want full hookups. For a full list of "Special Weekends at Candy Hill Campground" check out the Major Events Page.

Yes, we allow most household pets. Dogs, Cats, or anything else that can reside in your rig. Sorry no tigers allowed.
Do you allow campfires?
Yes, campfires are permitted if Frederick County is not on Fire Ban. Wood is sold in the campground store if you don't want to lug your own here!
