| 1 | CHECK-IN TIME is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. |
| 2 | QUIET HOURS - 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. - During this time there should be NO loud talking, radios, TV or other noise that can disturb other campers. |
| 3 | ALL VISITORS must stop at the office upon arrival to obtain a visitor's pass. Visitor fee is payable prior to parking. |
| 4 | SPEED LIMIT - 5MPH on all roads in the campground. Avoid unnecessary driving around the campground. Get out and enjoy the park; walk and meet your neighbors! MOTORCYCLE may be ridden IN and OUT only! |
| 5 | WASTE WATER - is not permitted on the ground. Use of a sewer collar is required on all sewer sites (Virginia State Law). |
| 6 | TRASH - should be placed in one of the large containers located off the ladies end of the bath-house. There is no trash pickup service. |
| 7 | ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - are permitted on your site. The Virginia drinking age is 21. No underage drinking is allowed. No one is permitted to stray from their site with open containers. |
| 8 | PETS - Should be leashed at all times. YOU are responsible for your pet. You must clean up after your pet. PLEASE use the Dog Walk Area. PLEASE: No Barking Dogs! |
| 9 | SWIMMING - is permitted only for registered campers, and guests who have paid for the privilege of swimming. Rules and hours are posted at the pool. No children under the age of 14 are permitted inside the pool area without the supervision of a parent or guardian. A proper swim suit is required. No cut-offs. Children must be FULLY potty-trained. |
| 10 | ROLLERBLADING, SKATEBOARDING and SCOOTER RIDING - are not permitted. Bikes may be ridden on the roadways please, not on the grass, from dawn to dusk. |
| 11 | WATER & ELECTRIC are natural resources; please use them wisely. No electric heaters. No washing of any vehicles. Air conditioning is no charge; please do not leave it on when you are away. |
| 12 | FIRES are permitted. Please request a fire ring and it will be brought to your site free of charge. Hours for campfires are 4 - 11 p.m. sharp. Keep safety in mind, keeep campfires small, and drown your fire before abandoning it! |
| 13 | WOOD - is available at our store. NEVER cut a tree limb or shrub. |
| 14 | FIREARMS, fireworks or explosives of any kind are prohibited. |
| 15 | PICNIC TABLE - One (1) per site. No grills on picnic tables PLEASE! |
| 16 | Campers are expected to maintain their site, and keep it orderly. The use of clotheslines is prohibited. |
| 17 | MESSAGES - EMERGENCY MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR CAMPSITE. All other messages will be posted on the bulletin board located just outside the office door. |
| 18 | CHILDREN: All small children must be under parental supervision at all time! All persons under the age of 18 are required to return to their campsites by 10 p.m. Please confine recreational activities, such as basketball, to the hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. |
| 19 | CAMP AT YOUR OWN RISK - the management assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage. |
| 20 | COURTESY - is contagious. Give Your Neighbor Yours! |
| 21 | SITES - Candy Hill Campground will not register sites to persons under 21. The campground has final decision in camp site assignment and reserves the right to change site assignments at any time. |

Candy Hill Campground wants you to have an enjoyable visit. Our Policies and Rules are designed to promote a relaxed and enjoyable environment for all who are staying with us. To serve the interests of our campground as a whole, these policies are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to evict anyone violating these rules, destroying property, or otherwise creating a disturbance and no refund will be given in such events.
Notice To Guests
This Property is privately owned and operated and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests. NO REFUNDS on camping fees. Check Out Time is 12 noon and there is a charge for Early Arrival or Late Check Out. No arrivals after 10:00 pm please. Candy Hill Campground will not register sites to persons under 21.
